Teams
Run the brand together.Keep one plan.
In FABLS a person can run several brands, and every brand has its own people. Each of them has a role, and the role decides what they can change. A plan an editor makes waits for approval, comments sit on the slot they are about, and a bell tells you when something needs you.

Roles
Four roles.
Four sets of keys.
Owner — the brand runs on their key
The brand uses the owner's castomAPI key and the owner's plan. The owner also decides how far AI agents may go in the brand, and can hand the brand over to someone else.
Manager — people, channels, defaults
Looks after the brand's people, its channels and its defaults, and approves the plans editors make.
Editor — the everyday work
Works on writers, campaigns, plans and tasks. A plan an editor makes goes to the owner and the managers for approval.
Viewer — reads, and ticks off
Reads the brand and ticks off their own tasks. Useful for the person who wants to know what is planned without being able to change it by accident.
Invite people by e-mail
An invitation is an e-mail with a link. The person opens it, signs in with a castomo account — the same one every castomo product uses — and joins the brand.
Each brand has five seats. Until the end of 2026, seats are unlimited, so for now nobody has to wait for one.
The brand keeps an activity log, so "who changed this?" has an answer that is not a guess. And when a brand should belong to someone else, the owner can hand it over.

Approvals
An editor plans.
The bosses approve.
- A plan is madeAn editor makes the plan for a campaign: by the AI planner, by the free rule generator, or by hand.
- An approval task opensThe owner and the managers get a task to approve it, and the bell tells them it is waiting.
- Approved, and activeApproving makes the campaign active. The plan is now the one the brand works to.
The honest bit: approving a plan posts nothing. It settles what the brand is working to, which is the part a team argues about anyway — better on a task than in a corridor.
Talk where the work is.
Hear when it needs you.
Every slot in the calendar has its own comments, so the conversation about Tuesday's post stays with Tuesday's post. Tasks have a person, a priority and a due day.
The bell collects what is yours: new comments, tasks given to you, and plans waiting for your approval. Everything else can wait until you look.
It also rings when comments people left under your posts wait in the inbox, or when a reply didn't go out. The bell is in the app; none of this is sent by e-mail.
Invite your people.
Share one plan.
